 BIFRÖST

 FARMHOUSE

Named after the Bifröst, the legendary burning rainbow bridge that connects Midgard to Asgard, this name symbolizes the fusion of kveik yeast and New Zealand/Australian hops. Just like the Bifröst spans worlds, this beer bridges the rustic farmhouse character of Norway with the bright, tropical flavors of Australia and New Zealand.

Instructions

We recommend that you oxygenate the wort before pitching yeast, either with ozygen stone or by shaking fermentor vigorously a few minutes. Sprinkle yeast directly onto wort. We always recommend using yeast nutrition to ensure healthy yeast growth, improve attenuation, reduce off-flavors, and support consistent fermentation. Cheers!
