Voss Kveik is a traditional Norwegian farmhouse yeast culture hailing from the Voss region. Flavor and aroma has fruity notes with orange and citrus being the main characteristics.

Ebbegarden kveik comes from Jens Åge Øvrebust at Ebbegarden farm in Stordal, Norway. Flavor and aroma is tropical fruit, and it promotes hops and bitterness making it perfect for an IPA.

The Eitrheim kveik comes from Reidar Eitrheim from Tokheim, Norway in the heart of the Hardangerfjord. Flavor and aroma has fruity notes with ripe pear, plum/prune and honey being the main characteristics.

The Stalljen kveik comes from Stig Seljeset in Hornindal, Norway. The flavor and aroma have notes of apples and ripe fruit. This fantastic kveik also ferment at low temperatures, making a crisp and clean top fermented lager beer.
