Instructions

Sprinkle yeast directly onto wort. After 96 hours, raise the temperature to 18C / 64F and ramp up pressure to 1 Bar. We always recommend using yeast nutrition to ensure healthy yeast growth, improve attenuation, reduce off-flavors, and support consistent fermentation.
