Most beer styles have a level of fruitiness, and the yeast selector range fruitiness from low to high. Fruitiness is closely correlated with fermentation temperature, which is why we have included the recommended temperature range you should ferment at to obtain the characteristics of the chosen beer style. In general, the higher the fermentation temperature the more fruity esters you will get in the beer.
