Kveik Yeastery is a collection of natural yeast cultures rooted in ancient Norwegian farmhouse brewing traditions. Shaped by generations of brewers, kveik is known for its resilience, distinctive flavour, and exceptional fermentation performance. Norwegian farmers have long understood the value of these extraordinary yeasts. We honour that heritage by preserving them as close to their original form as possible.

Long before fermentation science had a name, Norwegian farmhouse brewers developed resilient yeast cultures through generations of practical brewing.
